live mussels. Because their shelf-life is limited we
order only enough mussels each week to
sell through Saturday afternoon. They
can, however, be prepared and consumed through the weekend with
to run out of perishable products rather than raise our price to
cost of unsold portions. If possible place orders for mussels in
advance not later than Tuesday of the current week. Mussels are
not available on Monday or Tuesday.
They are available for shipping to
most destinations to arrive on
Thursday or Friday.
